D2D raised Rs. 34,45,000/-  from Dusk to Dawn Chennai Night Marathon 2014, will use these funds for the primary objective of this event to raise awareness on Organ donation for children who are in need of organ donation / transplantation for Centre for Liver Disease & Transplantation, Apollo Hospitals.

Our D2D team has always been particular about the flag-off time, and we continued to follow that in this event also. We were ready to be flagged off at 10:00 pm, but the Police department wanted us to hold on for few more minutes, as they had to clear particular area, and then the 21 Km was flagged off at 10:04:09 pm followed by 10 Km, 5 Km, 3 Km and 1 Km for the patients.

There are many people need to be thanked who have been working behind the screens to make it a memorable event for the D2D. Our heartfelt thanks go to hundred of volunteers, individuals, various running groups, Chennai Police, and the Race Directors.
